      Founder's Scholarship | Successills — Amritsar, Punjab
      Founder's Scholarship

      Skills Should
      Not Be A
      Privilege.

From the first batch, Successills will reserve a portion of every programme for students who have the will to grow but not the means to pay. This is not charity. It is an investment in Punjab's most overlooked asset — the determined student who just needs one real opportunity.

      • Who the scholarship is for — and who it is not
      • What it covers, what it asks in return, and why
      • The Langar Loop — how one scholarship eventually prepares many

Selection is based on resilience and grit — not mark sheets.
If that sounds like you, apply below.

      Founder's Scholarship — Successills, Amritsar

The most determined student in the room is not always the one who paid to be there.

      How It Works

      Three Things to Understand
      Before You Apply.

Read each one. They are written to be honest — including the parts that ask something of you.

      01

      Who It Is For

      Unplaced graduates from middle-class families

The scholarship is for students and graduates who have a genuine qualification, a genuine drive to build a career, and a family situation that makes paying for professional training difficult or impossible.

      • Unplaced engineers, graduates, and post-graduates
      • Students from middle-class families — not BPL, not premium
      • 12th standard students with clear career intent and financial constraint
      • Nursing graduates unable to access career development programmes

What it is not: This is not for students who can pay but prefer a discount. It is not for students looking to collect a free certificate. The selection conversation will make the difference clear quickly.

      02

      What It Asks

      Commitment — not cash

The programme fee is fully covered. What the scholarship asks for instead is genuine engagement — because a seat reserved for someone who does not show up is a seat denied to someone who would have.

      • Consistent attendance — the programme only works if you are present
      • Honest participation — the work is behavioral, which requires real effort
      • A written narrative of your situation, your ambition, and your commitment to give back
      • Willingness to be part of the Langar Loop when you are earning and stable

Honest scope: Selection is the founder's personal decision — not a committee process. The narrative you write matters more than any document you submit. There is no blacklisting, no formal pledge, no legal contract. Just an honest conversation and a commitment made in good faith.

      03

      The Langar Loop

One contribution. Multiple generations of impact.

The Langar at the Gurudwara does not ask who deserves to eat. It feeds everyone and keeps the fire going. That is the model. When a scholarship holder is earning and stable, they mentor the next student from the same background. The cycle continues without requiring new funding every time.

      • When you are earning and settled — you mentor one student from the next batch
      • Not a formal obligation — an invitation to continue what was given to you
      • The mentorship can be time, guidance, or an introduction — whatever you can give
      • One scholarship, if the loop holds, eventually prepares many

Honest scope: The Langar Loop is a value — not a contractual requirement. Nobody will pursue you legally if life takes a different turn. The expectation is human, not legal. You know what was given to you. You decide what that means when you are in a position to give.

      📋

Honest scope: Successills is in its founding phase. The first scholarship batch has not yet run. Applications received now will be considered for the first cohort — and will directly shape how the programme is built. If you apply and are selected, you will be part of something being built honestly from the beginning, not joining a programme that already has a polished track record. That is worth knowing before you apply.

      Apply

      Start With an Honest Conversation.

Fill this in and we will reach out within 3 working days to schedule a call with the founder. No commitment required at this stage. Just a conversation.

No performance required — just tell us honestly where you are, what you are trying to build, and why this matters to your family.
      What Applicants Ask

      Questions Before You Apply.

      Not here? WhatsApp directly — +91 82848 33977.

I have backlogs and low grades. Can I still apply?
      +
Yes. Grades are not the selection criterion. What matters is whether you have a genuine situation that makes paying difficult, and whether you have the drive to follow through. The narrative you write tells us more than any mark sheet. If your grades are low but your determination is real — apply.
My family is not BPL but we genuinely cannot afford this. Do I qualify?
      +
That is exactly who this scholarship is designed for. The middle-class family that does not qualify for government schemes but also cannot absorb the cost of private professional training. You do not need to prove poverty. You need to describe your situation honestly and let us have a conversation.
What does the selection process actually look like?
      +
You submit the written application — your situation, your ambition, and your commitment to give back when you are able. If the application is genuine and the fit looks right, the founder will have a direct conversation with you. No panel. No formal interview process. One honest conversation to confirm fit on both sides.
What exactly does the scholarship cover?
      +
The full programme fee. Whatever programme you are selected for — the cost is covered entirely. There are no hidden charges, no partial scholarships, no instalment arrangements. The seat is yours if you are selected.
What is the Langar Loop commitment in practice?
      +
When you are earning and stable — which means genuinely settled, not just employed for a month — you mentor one student from the next scholarship batch. What that mentorship looks like depends on what you can genuinely offer. Time, guidance, an honest conversation about your experience, an introduction to someone who can help. It is not a legal obligation. It is a human one. You know what you received. You decide what that is worth when you are in a position to give.
When does the first batch start?
      +
The first scholarship cohort has not yet been announced. Applications are being collected now and will be considered when the first batch is confirmed. If you apply, you will be contacted directly. There is no automated response — a real person will read what you write.
I want to sponsor a scholarship seat for a student. How does that work?
      +
You sponsor a named individual — not a programme or a pooled fund. You tell us the profile you want to support and we match you with a student whose situation fits. You receive honest updates throughout their preparation — not polished reports, real updates. If the student does not complete the programme, we tell you immediately and discuss how to handle it. Your decision, always. For tax-exempt giving, Successills is not registered for 80G. We will connect you with a registered partner trust where applicable — ask us directly.
Is there a formal certificate or document at the end?
      +
Yes. Programme completion is documented on MSME-registered letterhead — the same documentation provided to every participant regardless of whether they paid or received a scholarship. The certificate does not say "scholarship." It says you completed the programme. Because you did.
