How is this different from the regular Successills internship?

The work at STPI Amritsar is the same — real projects, real delivery, real accountability. The framing is different. A graduate on the regular internship is preparing for employment. You are here to learn how to run an education consultancy by doing it. You will be involved in programme delivery, client conversations, and understanding what a viable education service business actually looks like. The goal at the end is a working model — not a job application.
What does "building a working model" actually mean in practice?

It means by the end of the internship you will have: run at least one real session with actual students, understood how to price and position an education service in your local market, learned the Walchand Dale Carnegie Finishing School facilitation approach well enough to deliver it, and have a clear picture of what it costs to operate, what it earns, and whether the Langar Loop model is the right exit for you. Not a plan on paper — a model tested in practice.
What are the two exit paths after the internship?

First — independent education consultant in your own area. You take the model, the methodology knowledge, and the experience and operate independently. Successills does not have a claim on that. Second — becoming a Successills-affiliated trainer and building a practice through the Langar Loop, where the students you train mentor the next batch and your business becomes self-sustaining over time. The right exit depends on your situation. That is a conversation, not a form.
Do I need prior business or training experience?

No prior training experience is required. What matters is that your goal is genuinely to build something — not to collect a certificate. The internship will stretch you operationally. If you are comfortable sitting through sessions and taking notes, this is the wrong track. If you want to deliver, learn, make mistakes and build — this is the right one.
What does it cost and when can I begin?

Programme structure and investment are discussed after the first free clarity conversation — once we understand your situation, your timeline, and whether the fit is genuine. No programme is pushed before that conversation. WhatsApp or book a call to begin.

What is the Walchand Dale Carnegie Finishing School methodology?

Walchand Dale Carnegie Finishing School is one of India's most established behavioral training institutions, built on the global Dale Carnegie methodology — the same framework used by organisations worldwide to build communication, influence and leadership capability. It works through repeated practice and accountability — not motivation sessions. Skills are introduced, practiced under coaching, applied in real situations and reviewed. The founder of Successills is a licensed certified trainer under this methodology. Trainers who join the Successills network will be trained in this framework before delivering any programme.
Do I need previous training experience to join?

Some experience in front of a room helps — but it is not a hard requirement. What we are looking for is someone who has demonstrated credibility in a professional context, can hold a room, and is serious about building something rather than collecting another certification. The Train the Trainer process will cover methodology, delivery and institutional sales. If you have never trained before but have deep subject expertise and the right instincts, that conversation is still worth having.
What curriculum do I get access to?

Successills programmes covering professional identity, behavioral readiness, earnability, pre-departure preparation and vocational positioning. The curriculum being built is aligned with AICTE, NAAC and Skill India documentation requirements — which means it is usable for institutional contracts. You are not creating content from scratch. You are delivering a structured programme with full session materials. The specific content available at the time of your onboarding will be discussed in the first conversation — this is a building phase and new modules are being added.
What support do I get for getting college MoUs?

The STPI Amritsar backing gives your pitch an institutional credibility that is difficult for a freelance trainer to match independently. Successills will support with documentation — what a college's accreditation committee needs to see — and the operational format of the MoU. What Successills cannot do is substitute for your own relationship-building with institutions. The support is real. The legwork is yours.
Can I keep my own name and brand?

Yes. Trainers affiliated with Successills operate under a "Powered by Successills" model — your practice, your identity, your client relationships. The Successills association provides the institutional credibility, curriculum access and STPI backing. You keep everything else. If you have built a name that carries weight in your market, that name is an asset. We build alongside it — not over it.
Honest scope: The Train the Trainer programme is being formalised now. Revenue structure, content access and support model are discussed after a fit conversation — not before. We are not recruiting trainers at scale. We are looking for the right people.

The partnership means that when a student you have counselled is going abroad in the next six months, you have a preparation resource to refer them to. One that is structured, documented, and delivered by a credible institution — not a weekend workshop. Whether you refer one student or twenty is entirely your choice. There is no quota, no territory agreement, no exclusivity clause. This is an alignment of mission — not a commercial arrangement.
What preparation does Successills actually deliver to students going abroad?

The Settle Successfully programme is being built to cover: financial readiness for life in a new country — budgeting, banking, work rights, tax basics; cultural and social preparation — building a network from zero, understanding the unwritten rules of a new workplace; academic readiness — study methodology abroad is completely different from India; mental resilience — the first three months are when most students struggle and most families do not know it is happening. The programme is being designed in the founding phase now. If you want to be part of shaping what it covers based on what your clients actually face — that conversation would be more valuable than any brochure we could send you.
How selective is "selective" really?

We will not partner with consultants whose practices we cannot verify independently. We will not partner with consultants whose client handling we would not be comfortable associating with publicly. We will not partner with consultants in the same city sector as an existing partner — because the purpose of the partnership is geographic reach, not internal competition. The reason for this selectiveness is straightforward: if this association damages your reputation or ours, it should not happen. One conversation makes that clear quickly in either direction.
What happens in the first conversation?

The founder speaks with you directly. No junior staff, no sales process, no presentation. The conversation covers: what you have built, who your clients are, what you believe they need that the industry is not currently providing, and whether Successills is in a position to provide it honestly. If the answer to that last question is yes — we agree on next steps. If it is no — we part with a clear understanding of why, and neither party has wasted the other's time.
Honest scope: This partnership model is being built in Successills' founding phase. The pre-departure programme is not yet operational at scale. The first conversation is about whether the values align — everything else is built from there.
