Institutional Partnerships & Capability Building | Successills
For Colleges & Institutions

Your Students Can Learn.
Can They Earn?

Whether your gap is AICTE compliance, unplaced students, faculty who cannot hold a Gen Z classroom, or ITI graduates who never learned to price their skill — this page is for you.

  • ✅ Unplaced students who finally get placed
  • ✅ AICTE compliance paperwork handled
  • ✅ Nursing graduates with a career, not just a certificate
  • ✅ Faculty who can hold a Gen Z classroom
  • ✅ ITI students who earn what they are worth

What We Offer

Four Areas.
One Honest
Partner.

Each pillar is written for a specific decision maker in your institution. Read the one that is yours.

Engineering & MBA
For: Principals. Directors. TPOs.

Your Compliance Checklist Is Our Starting Point.

  • AICTE: BTech mandatory training — 600–700 hours, documentation built around your university's credit structure
  • Activity Points: 100 points — soft skills, professional readiness, entrepreneurship — full documentation provided
  • NAAC MoU: Criteria 1.3, 5.1.2, 3.5.1 — structured and ready for your accreditation cycle
  • Real projects: Students work at our STPI Amritsar hub — not a certificate collection exercise
  • Not remedial classes — a behavioral program for the gap no technical degree addresses
  • Communication, professional conduct and client-facing capability from day one
  • The gap is behavioral, not academic. That is exactly what we fix.

Honest scope: Credit acceptance rests with your affiliating university. We provide everything they need to make that decision.

Nursing Institutes
For: Nursing Directors. Principals.

The Degree Is Done.
The Professional Identity Is Not.

  • Professional identity: How to carry yourself in a hospital environment with authority and confidence
  • Ward communication: Speaking to doctors, patients and administration with clarity and professionalism
  • Career trajectory: Understanding what the qualification is worth and how to demand the status it deserves
  • Resilience: Tools to survive and grow inside a system that rarely supports the people running it
  • Weekend value-added course, semester-end bootcamp, or pre-placement intensive
  • Delivered on campus or at our STPI Amritsar hub — whichever works for your batch

Honest scope: We build professional identity and behavioral foundation. Clinical training is yours — this is the layer on top of it that determines how far the career actually goes.

Faculty Development
For: Principals. HoDs. Faculty members.

The Curriculum Is Fine.
The Classroom Needs Work.

  • Gen Z engagement: A lecture format built in 2005 does not reach a 2025 classroom — we fix that
  • Classroom management: Practical techniques, not theory — delivered on your campus, in your environment
  • Professional communication: Dale Carnegie methodology — the certified standard for behavioral change
  • Non-teaching staff: Admin, reception, the person who answers the phone when a parent calls
  • Teaching staff across departments — not just one faculty member who attended one workshop
  • Support staff — the first impression of your institution every single day

Honest scope: We do not promise ranking outcomes. Better faculty engagement produces better student outcomes over time. That is the honest chain of impact.

Govt ITI & Vocational
For: Government Officials. ITI Principals. Officers.

The Skill Is There.
The Business Side Usually Is Not.

  • Pricing confidence: Knowing what the skill is worth and having the confidence to ask for it
  • Professional identity: Presenting the skill as a service — not just a task
  • Digital market access: Using simple tools they already have to find clients who pay for outcomes
  • For female students especially: Financial independence begins here — this is where we start
  • Full session records and certificates on MSME-registered letterhead
  • Compatible with Skill India and state program reporting frameworks

Honest scope: For government programs using Skill India or state funds — we work within approved program structures and provide full documentation for your reporting.

Section A
Academic & Compliance

How does a 6-week internship count toward academic credits?
+
Credit allocation is your university's decision — not ours. We provide full documentation of hours, work and outcomes. Confirm the credit structure with your university first. We provide whatever they require.
Is this valid for Major Training in 7th and 8th semester?
+
The 6-month program meets the scope and duration of Major Industrial Training. Successills is MSME registered with a legal GST identity, operating from STPI Amritsar. Acceptance depends on your university's guidelines. We support the process.
How do students fulfil 100 Activity Points?
+
Through our Langar Loop community service module — mapped to AICTE community engagement categories. Full participation documentation provided for your submission.
Can you help with NAAC Criteria 1.3, 5.1.2 and 3.5.1?
+
Yes — specifically functional MoUs. Auditors need engagement logs — what students did, when and outcome. Our MoU documents real activity. Not paper. Real work. Real logs.
Our TPO has quietly written off 40% of the batch. Can you help?
+
That is exactly who we work with. Not remedial classes — a practical behavioral program focused on communication, confidence and professional conduct. The skills no technical degree covers.
How does the MoU with Successills work?
+
A standard working document — what Successills delivers, what your students do, institutional details on both sides. MSME registered. GST identity. Real activity. Not just paper.
Can students be prepared for freelancing and gig work?
+
Yes. Professional positioning, client communication and presenting technical skills to digital platform clients. Same professional conduct as any job. We prepare them for that reality.
Nursing
Nurse

Section B
Global Readiness

Indian nurses earn ₹25,000–30,000 even at Apollo. Is this really a training problem or just how the system works?
+
The system is broken. That is true and we will not pretend otherwise. But within that broken system, some nurses earn ₹40,000 and some earn ₹18,000 — at the same hospital, with the same degree. The ones who move are not better clinicians. They know how to position themselves. They ask for the ICU rotation. They communicate with senior staff in a way that gets heard. They have a professional identity that makes them visible. We cannot fix the hospital system. We build the nurse who navigates it — and eventually, who changes it.
Our nurses already do clinical rounds and ward postings. What behavioral gap are you actually talking about?
+
Clinical rounds teach diagnosis support, medication protocols and procedural accuracy. They do not teach a nurse how to raise a concern with a doctor that actually gets addressed. They do not teach her how to speak in a ward meeting so she is taken seriously. They do not teach her how to communicate with a patient's family under pressure without falling apart or shutting down. Peer-reviewed research confirms this is not an Indian problem — communication training is the most consistently missing layer in nursing education worldwide. Clinical training makes a nurse competent. The behavioral layer is what makes her visible, credible, and promotable. We build that layer.
A nurse who completed your program — what does she do differently on Monday morning?
+
Three things. One — when she sees something that should be escalated, she escalates it. Not with hesitation or apology. With the structure we trained her to use. Two — when a patient's family is anxious and asking questions, she responds with the kind of clarity that reduces panic rather than increasing it. The family leaves calmer than they arrived. Three — when someone in that ward looks at her, she carries herself as a professional. Not arrogant. Certain. That certainty is what gets her the ICU rotation, the senior recommendation, the trajectory. Clinical training gave her the skill. We give her the professional identity that makes the skill count.
What is the difference between a soft skills workshop and what you do for nursing graduates?
+
A soft skills workshop gives your nurse a good afternoon and a certificate. She returns to the ward Monday and nothing has changed — because motivation fades and exposure is not training. The Dale Carnegie methodology works differently. Skills are introduced, then practiced under coaching, then tested in real situations, then reported back to the group. The accountability is built in. The change happens through repetition with feedback — not one session. The research on behavior change in nursing training is unambiguous: exposure produces attitude shift. Repeated deliberate practice produces actual change in how a person behaves under pressure. We do the second one. Not the first.

Section C
FDP & Engagement

A teacher attended a workshop before and nothing changed. Why difference?
+
Because we do not run inspiration workshops. Walchand Dale Carnegie Finishing School methodology is built on repeated practice — not one-time motivation. Behavior changes through doing, feedback and doing again.
Does this count toward FDP and API scores?
+
Yes. Certified workshop documentation provided for your FDP submission. Confirm specific API mapping with your university guidelines. We provide everything you need.
Do you train non-teaching staff?
+
Yes — and often highest return investment a college can make. First impression is never the principal. It is the person at the gate, reception, on the phone. We train them too.
Govt & ITI
ITI

Section D
Sustainable Livelihoods

Can ITI students realistically become self-employed?
+
Many already are — informally. The gap is the business side — pricing, finding customers, professional communication, building a reputation. Learnable skills. We teach them practically.
Does this align with Skill India mission?
+
Directly. Skill India moves India from degree-dependent to skill-based livelihoods. Our programs build exactly that layer. Full outcome documentation provided for government reporting.
How does this help women from ITI programs?
+
Three things. Knowing what the skill is worth. Asking for it with confidence. Finding customers who will pay it. Financial independence begins with a price. We start there.
