Successills operates from STPI Amritsar — a government-backed facility with a professional auditorium and IT infrastructure. Programmes are delivered here, on your campus, or online. The location depends on what works for you.
Three delivery formats. Each one is an honest description of what it is, what it is suitable for, and what it is not.
Our physical base — government-backed infrastructure
The STPI Amritsar hub is where Successills operates from. It is a professional government facility — not a rented classroom, not a co-working space. The environment itself signals to a student or a graduate that this is a serious, institutional setting. That context matters for behavioral training.
Honest scope: Successills is incubated at STPI — not a permanent tenant. The facility is available for programme delivery. Batch schedules are discussed after an initial conversation confirms fit.

For institutions where bringing students to STPI is not practical — due to batch size, distance, or scheduling — Successills delivers on your campus. Training your students in their own environment means the learning is immediately applicable to where they actually are.
Honest scope: On-campus delivery requires a confirmed MoU and a minimum batch size to be viable. Format and scheduling are discussed with the principal or TPO in the first conversation.

Some parts of the programme work online — particularly the preparatory and knowledge components. Some parts require physical presence and cannot be replicated in a video call. Successills is honest about which is which and does not sell online delivery as equivalent to in-person behavioral training.
Honest scope: Online delivery is appropriate for some programmes and not for others. The Walchand Dale Carnegie Finishing School methodology requires repeated in-person practice to be effective. We will not sell a fully online version of a programme that needs physical presence.
